Leonard is the Senior Partner at L J Advisors, LLC, Atlanta, GA.  Leonard was the former president of  Elite Staffing Services of GA, LP, Atlanta, GA from 1983 to 2005. Where he Obtained temporary and permanent employment for 1,500 employees annually. Managed and directed locally, a permanent staff of 12 employees and Branch Managers in 4 states.  He also served as Assistant VP, Employee Relations, Hibernia National Bank, New Orleans, LA., where he reduced EEOC filings to less than three percent over four-year period, developed and implemented employee recognition programs that assisted in reducing turnover to less than 22% annually and successfully past three major audits by OFCCP and Department of Labor.  Leonard also served as the Director of Personnel, Pinehurst, Inc. Pinehurst, NC, May, 1978 – June 1979, Director of Human Resources, Sea Pines Plantation Company, Hilton Head Island, SC,  July 1973 – May, 1978 and Assistant Registrar, Savannah State College, Savannah, GA, May 1970-June 1971,
